Washington, a Detroit native, sang his way onto the R&B scene in 1991 with his debut, “Make Time for Love.”  Before exploding in popularity, he worked as a primary songwriter for legendary singer Freddie Jackson’s hit “Hey Lover” in 1988.  Three years later, Washington released his debut album, “Make Time for Love.”

Keith Washington’s rich musical legacy spans genres and generations, making him an indispensable force in contemporary music.  His chart-topping debut album “Make Time for Love” and timeless hits like “Kissing You” have consistently delivered soul-stirring melodies that resonate with listeners across generations, inspiring a love for R&B music that endures.

Singing With Passion
