Canoga Park, CA, July 18, 2024 – Michelle Le Fleur, who speedily became a boss in the entertainment industry, is coming to Dream Magic Studios on the set of The Able Show to share her proven tips for running successful businesses.

Illustrious Debut

Le Fleur, a native of New Orleans, LA, has made a remarkable transition from a background in nursing to becoming a powerhouse in the music industry. With a keen eye for talent and an entrepreneurial spirit, she has made significant strides, establishing herself as a formidable force in the entertainment world.

In the late 80s, Le Fleur formed “Voices,” an all-girls vocal group based in Los Angeles. The group featured notable members, including twins Tia and Tamera Mowry, sisters LaPetra and LaToya McMoore, Monique Wilson, and Arike Rice. “Voices” symbolized girl power and musical talent, setting the stage for Le Fleur’s future successes. Building on the success of “Voices,” Le Fleur continued her journey by working with “Before Dark,” an American R&B girl group that emerged in the late 90s. This group, consisting of Mia Wright, Arike Rice, and Jeni G., further showcased Le Fleur’s ability to cultivate and manage musical talent.

Omarion Worldwide

Currently, Le Fleur serves as the CEO of Omarion Worldwide, where she guides the career of renowned R&B singer Omarion. Omarion, who gained fame as a member of the American boy band B2K (Boys of the New Millennium), continues to thrive under her leadership. Additionally, Le Fleur is the co-producer of the highly successful Millennium Tour, bringing together some of the biggest names in R&B.

In this episode of The Able Show, we explore Le Fleur’s inspiring nursing journey and becoming a music industry executive. She shares her achievements and the strategies that have driven her success.
