Tina Weisinger, CEO of the HAPAwards and a proud native of Chicago’s West Side, has built an extraordinary career at the intersection of entertainment, business, and cultural advocacy. With a foundation in Executive Business Development, Weisinger has spearheaded international ventures across three continents and represented talent featured on hit shows such as Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Queen Sugar, and NCIS. Through her company, Dream Entertainment Management, she has also produced stage productions and prestigious events like The Annual Major Adams Awards Gala, A Raisin in the Sun, and For Colored Girls Only.

Joining her is Amber Washington, Vice President of the HAPAwards and a fellow Chicago native, whose creative journey began in music and dance. A graduate of Columbia College with a degree in Motion Picture Studies, Washington toured nationally as a hip-hop artist and choreographer before transitioning into the film industry. Her production and cinematography credits include C’mon Man, Redrum, The Hustle, and Faithless, among others. Now based in Los Angeles, she continues to build partnerships in media, marketing, and international joint ventures.
