Tammi Mac has built an impressive career spanning television, film, and radio, leaving a lasting impact on the entertainment industry. Born in Houston, TX, she began her radio journey at Texas Southern University’s KTSU 90.0 FM, where she hosted the slow jam show Simply Soft. Mac later earned a Bachelor of Arts from the historic Bennett College in Greensboro, NC, while hosting the morning show on WQMG-FM 97.1. This experience paved the way for her success, ultimately leading to The Tammi Mac Show on 102.3 KJLH in Los Angeles, where she captivates audiences with thought-provoking conversations on culture, entertainment, and social issues.

Mistress of the Theater

Tammi Mac discovered her passion for acting while in North Carolina. She honed her craft at the University of North Carolina-Greensboro by participating in theatre competitions and earned a Master of Fine Arts in Theatre from UNCG. In addition to her work on stage and screen, she has lent her voice to numerous commercial campaigns, including AARP, Baskin-Robbins, and State Farm. Her extensive acting credits include roles in All the Queen’s MenGames People PlaySaints & Sinners, and Star—solidifying her as a powerhouse performer and storyteller.
