Do you ever feel like you’re in so much pain that it’s hard to enjoy life? Do you wish that you could change the narrative you are currently living? Many people have felt this way at some point in their lives, and to survive, they must find an outlet for their agony. From my experience, the only way out is to find a way through. Remember, in the depths of your pain, you are not alone. You are strong, resilient, and capable of overcoming.
First and foremost, it’s important to let others know it’s okay to struggle this way. Even in the hardest and darkest times, our first instinct is to eliminate our pain. We are always running from pain, trying to find a way to escape life because no one wants to be in pain. However, living through inevitable struggles is a fact of life, yet it’s what you do about your pain that matters. Actions count. Finding ways to help others believe in themselves and overcome their pain helps. Reacting positively and relating to our pain in a way that changes us will eventually change humanity.
Use your pain as fuel. Steer your pain in a direction that does not affect you; with it, you will transform it into something tangible and valuable. You can use your conflict to touch others and transform their souls. After all, kindness and love are the only ingredients we need to change the world because helping others is the best gift you can give to yourself and others. In this process, you will help others and find a more profound sense of purpose and fulfillment.
The reason that living is so precious to me is because I was born with a gift. Being born four months early outside the womb makes me a highly resilient human, as I live with a fighting spirit. Because of my birth, I conquer challenges and face difficulties throughout my daily life. I’m blessed to understand how to navigate hardship and realize that there is always good in the bad, and we are lucky to be alive and able to have experiences. Just think of all the people who don’t get the chance to live a meaningful life. This realization should fill us with gratitude and a renewed sense of optimism.
We all wish we could release our pain. But if that is not possible, what if we use our pain to help others get through instead? What if our struggles and suffering became a voice for others to help them live their best, most fulfilling lives? We are all connected. There is only one universe; even if we live in many ways, we are still a whole society. What if we could share a common theme: the ability to see life as a gift?
They say death is the hardest part of living. Even though it is hard to accept, we never know when we will pass. If we try to live to enjoy life, we may be a much happier society.
So, how would you turn your pain into a purpose? People deserve to be happy and live a healthy life. A healthy life is lived with purpose and enjoyment in the best way possible. Each of us has our story, and our story can change others’ lives, so why not give yourself the purpose of helping others?
So, today, go out and speak up, reach out. Hopefully, you can teach others that we can get through even the darkest times because being alive is worth it. You are worth it because living is a gift; we all need to believe.
